Redwood Rubber, LLC, has developed the first environmentally friendly,
chemical free, patented technology that can cost-effectively recycle used tires into
devulcanized rubber and high quality molded consumer end products. Redwood's
ultrasonic devulcanization process is scalable and creates a high quality
substitute for virgin rubber at a much lower cost.
We have completed initial pilot testing of our technology and are scaling up
our system for commercial operations. We are very excited in that
for the first time, waste tires can be completely recycled cost-effectively
into virgin material for manufacture of new tires. In fact, using our
material lowers the cost and energy requirements of manufacturing new tires.
